Right of withdrawal<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\n\t

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:<\/p>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within 24 hours without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period is 24 hours from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, confirmed the booking.<\/p>\n

Inform by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not, however, mandatory.<\/p>\n

To maintain the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification about exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.<\/p>\n

Consequences of the revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.<\/p>\n

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You must only bear the cost of any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.<\/p>\n
