GENERAL INFORMATION
OUR HOTEL FACILITIES
- …consists of 4 different houses, a beer garden, small children's playground, large playground with playhouse...
- In the main building you will find the reception, restaurant, indoor pool, sauna and wellness area
- There are also 3 additional annex buildings where there are hotel rooms of different categories.
(Best price, partially renovated, new family housing units)
No direct access, e.g. to the restaurant or the indoor pool. Guests who have rooms in the annex buildings cross the street.
BOOKING AND REFUND
- If a reservation is confirmed, we will send a booking confirmation by post or email. If a change in the date of the appointment becomes necessary, please let us know immediately.
- We, as a Familotel member company, are partners of Allianz Travel Insurance. If you would like to receive an offer regarding travel cancellation insurance, please feel free to give us a brief description. We will then send you a suitable offer as quickly as possible.
- The following cancellation/termination fees apply:
- from 90 days before the trip departure, € 50,- per holiday day
- from 60 days before the trip departure 60 %
- from 30 days before the trip departure 90% of the travel price.
- from 7 days before departure or no show 100%
Cancellation is not possible for individual rates and packages with a price advantage. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions of the respective offer.
- If you do not take advantage of individual travel services as a result of early return due to illness or for other reasons, you are not entitled to a partial refund.
RETURN AND ARRIVAL
- Check-in: from 2 PM to 6 PM
- Check-Out: until 10:30 AM
- Our next train station is Furth im Wald (12 kilometers away).
Pick-up/return is available for a fee upon prior request!
Early arrival / Late departure
- Early arrival from 10 a.m. – Price per family/room € 49.00
The early arrival package includes lunch and access to all facilities from 10:00 a.m. (without suite or room, with check-in into the booked room category from 2:30 PM).
- Late check-out until 17:00 – price per family/room € 59.00
The late check-out package for the whole family includes lunch, coffee & cake, and use of all facilities until 17:00. (without suite or room, check-out until 10:30 am from the booked room category)
- Late check-out until 20:00 – price per family/room € 119.00
The late-departure package for the whole family includes lunch, coffee and cake, and dinner. You can use all the facilities as you wish until 20:00 during this time. (without suite or room, check-out until 10:30 am from the booked room category)
- Combo package including a return flight and late check-in until 17:00 – price per family/room € 99.00
The early arrival package for the whole family includes lunch and access to all facilities from 10:00 a.m. (without suite or room, with check-in into the booked room category from 2:30 PM).
The late check-out package for the whole family includes lunch, coffee & cake, and use of all facilities until 17:00. (without suite or room, check-out until 10:30 am from the booked room category)

PAYMENT METHODS
- After booking is completed, a deposit is required as follows: usually 50% deposit, balance 3 weeks before departure,
For short-term bookings (3 weeks or more before arrival), 100% payment is required. - The deposit can be made by bank transfer (account details are provided during booking) or by credit card.
- Other services such as massages or horseback riding lessons can be provided on site in cash or by card payment.
W-LAN
- Our guests have access to the hotel's guest Wi-Fi network within our hotel grounds.
PARKING
- Free parking is available around the hotel. In case of snowfall, please ensure that the snow removal vehicles are not obstructed!
STATIONS FOR CHARGING
- Charging electric cars is possible with us (for a fee).
FUND AFFAIRS
- Please understand that items that have not been used can only be kept for 14 days. Returns are made at your own expense.
PETS
- Pets, for example dogs, can be brought in with prior notice. The cost is 15 € per day (excluding food). Bringing pets into the restaurant, as well as the indoor pool and sauna area, is not permitted! Accommodation is provided in our annex buildings.
FOOD
- Daily selection of buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00
- Daily lunch snack from 12:00 to 14:00 with salads, soups and smaller dishes
- Every day from 3 to 5 pm coffee and cake or a snack from the buffet
- Dinner between 18:00 and 20:00. Daily four-course menu with main courses to choose from or a varied buffet (subject to availability)
WELLNESS
- In our indoor pool you can let your soul float away every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sweating in the sauna garden (naked area) is possible daily from 2 PM to 7 PM. Children aged 12 and older (experienced sauna enthusiasts) are only allowed entry with their parents' permission!
- Bathrobes and sauna towels are available for loan at the reception.
- Please book your relaxing treatments in the wellness area in advance, directly or by email or phone, in good time!
Voucher redemption
- Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Should there have been a price increase during this period, the difference will unfortunately have to be paid back.
- It is not possible to combine vouchers to extend a stay. An extension is only possible through direct booking after agreement.
- Expired vouchers are not redeemable; however, the voucher value can also be used in other areas of our hotel.
- Vouchers are not redeemable in conjunction with discounts or packages. Please request an offer so that the voucher value can be calculated.

- All prices apply with the „Der Böhmerwald“ All Inclusive package when accommodating at least 2 adults in the respective room category. Prices include the statutory value-added tax. Errors and changes are reserved. All arrangements and offers are subject to change at any time.
CHILDREN'S PRICES
- Children's festival prices in the parents' room for two full-paying adults
- 0 – 2 years: €30.00 per day
- 3 – 6 years: €40.00 per day
- 7 – 10 years: Daily: 55.00 €
- 11 – 14 years: Daily: 65.00 €
- 15 – 17 years: Daily: 75.00 €
